The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is the public agency responsible for operating public transportation services in Greater Boston, Massachusetts. For MTBA, I was charged with bringing a balance and flair to brand campaigns. In doing so, it was important for me to explore how best to communicate their new vision with their riders.
